Level 4: Data-Driven & AI-Ready (The “We Leverage AI” Stage)
- Characteristics: Data is fully integrated, accurate, and readily available. AI is being used to automate tasks, provide personalized insights, and enhance decision-making. You have a clear data governance strategy and cybersecurity measures in place.
- AI Readiness: High. You’re well-positioned to leverage AI for significant gains.
